33% of Global Adults Suffer With Fatty Liver Disease BUT it is Reversible with Dietary and Lifestyle Changes!
Whether NAFLD or MASLD, the facts remain the same – livers are sicker than they’ve ever been. And the reason why is the crux of this episode. It’s not the ills of old like hepatitis or alcohol that’s actually why the majority of liver transplants are done – it’s fatty livers. And the saddest part – fatty liver disease is a completely avoidable and reversible disease that requires no more than the basics of eating well, sleeping well and moving our body enough.
