This was a truly mind-opening episode with Sally Norton. I saw so many interrelated health problems that may have oxalates as their root cause.

Sally K. Norton is an expert in the art and science of healthy eating and healthy living. She received her degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and her Masters degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Throughout her long career as a health and nutrition educator.

Sally’s interest and expertise in dietary oxalates originated from personal experience in healing pain and fatigue for herself and many clients. She is the author of “Toxic Superfoods: Learn How Oxalate Overload is Making You Sick—and How to Get Better”.
