Health Optimisation 101: Biohacking Is for Everyone. Start Here to Transform Your Health.

I was recently on The Gareth Cliff Show, Africa’s biggest podcast, to discuss what it means to be a biohacker. I love doing these kind of shows and bringing the world of biohacking aka health self empowerment to people who have never heard the term before or find it intimidating. If that’s you, this is the show for you, because biohacking is something everyone can do and I’ll explain why.

Gareth Cliff is one of South Africa’s most prominent  radio, television, author and now podcast personalities. He kicked off his radio career in 199 and has since worked on the biggest radio shows in South Africa, winning numerous awards over the years for best radio and television personality and presenter and regularly hosts events both as an MC, speaker and a conference facilitator including at TEDx and SXSW. He is the founder and president of CliffCentral.com, host of “The Gareth Cliff Show”.

His company, One on One Productions (Pty) Ltd took a major leap into entrepreneurship when on 1st May 2014, Gareth took the giant leap from traditional terrestrial radio to the future of internet and mobile with the aim of creating the preeminent “infotainment” online content hub. CliffCentral offers a variety of authentic and relevant conversations – informative, entertaining, empowering and inspiring – targeting the engaged early adopters, connected in a digital world. In three years, it has made significant progress becoming the biggest podcaster in Africa.
