How to Scientifically Transform Your Brain with Wellness with Giovanni Bartolomeo

Gio Bartolomeo goes deep on Breathwork, Cold Therapy and Rhythmical Medicine

You can survive weeks without food, days without water but only a few minutes without your breath. Yet when thinking about health, we spend so much time debating diets and exercise, and too little discussing how we breath, why we breathe, what we can use breathing for and the unexpected but meaningful places breathing can take us. So today’s episode is with another breathing pioneer Gio Bartolomeo and his breathwork journey.

Giovanni Bartolomeo is an entrepreneur and life adventurer with a passion for teaching, experiential learning and creating deep connections with others. He is the founder of Elemental Wellness studio in Toronto, founder of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Programs and Facilitator Training, host of the podcast Elemental Awakening, co-founder of The Personal Development School, a breathwork facilitator and life/executive coach.

He is always looking for the next consciousness-expanding learning experience whether it be climbing mountains in his shorts with Wim Hof, participating in Traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, or challenging his mind and body to see what new limits he can reach. His mission is to create new ideas and ways to help improve the planet for not only the people currently living on it but for those who we will leave it to one day.

Join us as we explore:

  • An a to z of breathwork. From calming yourself down to mystical experiences, and everything in between, Gio’s stories about breathwork will blow you away.
