A Deep Dive into Functional Medicine, Biohacking and Ancestral Wisdom with Dr Tommy Wood

Dr. Tommy Wood has a biochemistry degree from the University of Cambridge, a medical degree from the University of Oxford and a PhD in physiology and neuroscience from the University of Oslo. He’s currently a research assistant professor at the University of Washington and conducts research focusing on ways to increase resilience and treat injury in the developing brain. He is engaged in an ongoing effort to use the knowledge he has acquired to help people make sense of the world of health knowing how increasingly difficult it is to do so when we are constantly given mixed messages by the media, health professionals and even scientific studies. Dr. Wood’s objective is to shine some light on the best way for people to approach these conflicting issues and to help find ways to practically implement them in our daily lives.

Dr Tommy and Steve Discusses discuss:
