Sarah Intelligator esq. Unpacks her book “Live, Laugh and Find True Love:”

Holistic Marriage, Your Closest Community & The Strategies to Stay Connected.

What is a marriage? A piece of paper? A covenant?  A contract?  I know what marriage is and has been to me, but I also know that divorce rates are about 50% and like chronic disease, I would say we are losing the war against marriage, the relationship that for most people will form the crux of their lifelong community as first a child and then a parent.

That’s why I brought on a unique guest in holistic divorce and family lawyer Sara Intelligator. For superhuman health I believe everyone needs to invest in and sustain fundamental pillars, and for superhuman marriages I believe everyone needs to understand there are fundamental pillars that must be worked on and understood to sustain that special relationship.

Sarah A. Intelligator is a holistic divorce and family law attorney, relationship expert, yoga teacher and author of “Live, Laugh, Find True Love: A Step-By-Step Guide to Dating and Finding a Meaningful Relationship, By a Divorce Attorney”.

Raised by a mother who has practised Family Law for almost thirty years, and still practices, Sarah feels as though she has been exposed to the issues Family Law practitioners encounter on a daily basis, her entire life, and has been practising exclusively Family Law since 2008 guided by the philosophy that family law litigation is highly emotional and deeply personal, and she is dedicated to striking that delicate balance between zealous advocacy and empathy.

Join us as we explore:

  • The most common reasons marriages end in divorce, and why intentional communication and discussion with a potential spouse prior to marriage is the foundation of a successful, lasting marriage.
  • Why attraction, butterflies in your stomach, lust, pheromones and even love are not enough when making the decision to find a life partner or spouse.
  • The “F-Words” that form the pillars to marriage. (and no, not that f-word!)
  • Why talking about children and how to raise them needs to be discussed well before they are born.
  • Imagining the perfect wedding day? It could be setting yourself up for major problems.
  • How to get the most out of dating, and give yourself the best chance of long term relationship success.
