People like Daniel are true health heroes. Like so many people who have been on my show, he went from pain to purpose. But not only did he perseveres despite the failings of the medical system and the marketplace, he created his own health healing device and now is sharing those with the world.

Daniel Ebbett founded blockbluelight.com in 2016 upon his personal success of solving his chronic insomnia, migraines and eye strain by fixing his light diet and circadian rhythm.

Disenchanted with the state of the blue light blocking market, which prioritised on looks over efficacy, so he designed and created his own and was amazed by the improvement his health.

That was the start of his website and Daniel has persevered now for seven years providing people with the very best in blue blocking technology that was not widely available to the general public.
